The Accountability System
serves dual purposes. First, it encourages you to keep track of
your workouts. Second, it facilitates a way for us to reinforce your
adherence to the program.

How To Use The Accountability System
- First, you'll print out a blank Workout Log.
Use the log to record the days you workout during the week. Total your
numbers at the end of the week. (Your week will begin and end when you determine)
- Each week you will enter your total into the Accountability System located in the Clubhouse.
- At the end of 8 weeks, we compile your weekly
totals and your adherence to the program will be graded. You'll receive an email
letting you know how you did.
