CRUNCH After you've melted all the fat away, ab exercises are what make your midsection look good. Crunches create a well sculpted and strong abdomen when performed to fatigue. Without abdominal power, proper posture is unattainable and lower back pain is probable.
Lie on a mat with your knees bent, heels close to your body, pelvis titled slightly up and your back flat. Place your fingertips lightly touching the back of your head, or use a towel behind head.
- Exhale as you tighten your abdominal muscles and lift your shoulder blades up and forward. - Hold for 2 seconds - Lower back down not resting head on mat the mat.
Keep your elbows back, chin one fist distance off chest and eyes focused up on an angle throughout the move. Repeat until fatigue..
