Weekly Circuit Training Routines Online 

Each week, members log into the Clubhouse to view their Workout for the week.  This weekly change is key to a successful exercise program, since without variety in an exercise program, the body does not change. The workout circuits are comprised of 8 strength exercises each individually demonstrated with 10 second mpeg video clips.  Written descriptions are also presented for ease of use.  With well over 400 exercises, women will never get bored.

Within the Clubhouse, women can re-evaluate their progress and change to more challenging Workout Levels as their fitness level increases. Progression is another key to a successful fitness program. Without progression, there is no improvement.  

Members will also find their personal Workout Recipe with Key Ingredients for their success within the ClubhouseKey Ingredients include recommendations for appropriate frequency, intensity and duration of their workout to achieve their desired goals. 

Accountability System

Each week members can input their total number of workouts into the Accountability System. At the end of an 8 week cycle, results are tallied and members are contacted via email with constructive feedback, encouragement, praise and gentle motivation. Workout logs are provided so ladies can keep track of their workouts during the week.

News Fit For Women

Published monthly and distributed via email. News Fit For Women provides subscribers with current fitness news, exercise tips, quick healthy recipes motivation and more all geared toward a healthy lifestyle.

The Tools To Succeed

Fitness Toolbox including: Workout Logs, Food Journals, Fitness Calculators and a database to Track Measurements keep ladies organized and focused on their goals.

Expert Guidance

Workout are developed by Joni Hyde, a certified personal trainer who is an expert in women's fitness and dedicated to helping you succeed. Our own Life Coach and Master Trainers offer motivation and guidance. 

Achievers Community Forum

Providing our members a way to give and receive support while meeting other women who are working toward their fitness goals.  Our Master Trainers are available for fitness questions and our Life Coach is close by offering inspiration.  Seasonal Challenges to keep our members motivated.

Equipment Store

Featuring home exercise equipment, skin care and other Workouts For Women Products. Achievers Club members 10% off on all Workouts For Women products ordered online.
