Workout Log

Your Workout Log serves several purposes. First, it encourages you to keep track of how many times you exercise each week. It's important to exercise consistently during pregnancy, rather than intermittently.

Additionally, when you keep track of your workouts during the week, then enter your totals into the Accountability System once a week, it facilitates a way for me to reinforce your adherence to the program. I'll offer you constructive feedback and motivation, by encouraging you to do your best, by supporting you through your difficulties and by praising you when you succeed.
