WHAT WILL MY PREGNANCY PROGRAM CONSIST OF?
Each week, you'll go online to access your full body exercise routine. The routines consist of 8 strength training and flexibility exercises to keep you strong and toned. Audio/video demonstrations and written instructions for each exercise make it fun and easy to follow.
Cardiovascular fitness is very important during labor, helping you to have the strength and stamina to make it through labor and all the pushing. We'll offer you recommendations for cardiovascular exercise including the right frequency, intensity and duration of exercise for your cardiovascular fitness level.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
