The Accountability System
encourages you to keep track of how many times you exercise each week. It's
important to exercise consistently during pregnancy, rather than
intermittently.
Additionally, when you keep track of your workouts during the week, then enter
your totals into the Accountability System once a week, it facilitates a way
for me to reinforce your adherence to the program, by giving you constructive
feedback and motivation, by encouraging you to do your best, by supporting you
through your difficulties and by praising you when you succeed.

How To Use The Accountability System
- First, you'll print out a blank Workout Log.
Use the log to record the days you workout during the week. Total your
numbers at the end of the week. (Your week will begin and end when you determine)
- Each week you will enter your total into the Accountability System located in the Clubhouse.
- At the end of 4 weeks, your totals are
compiled and your adherence to the program will be graded. You'll receive an email
letting you know how you did.
