Activity Factor Sedentary: Mostly resting with little or no activity.
Lightly active: Occasional unplanned activity such as a light stroll.
Moderately active: 2 to 3 light workouts each week or daily planned activitis such as a brisk walk.
Very active: 1 hour high intensity workouts 3 or more days a week.
Extremely active: Daily vigorous workouts or training for athletic competition.
  If your work is very strenuous, consider yourself moderately to very active.
