WORKOUTS FOR WOMEN CIRCUIT TRAINING

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THE HOME WORKOUTS?
For a women's workout there's no need for large equipment and heavy weights, even at the most advanced level. This program uses small equipment that can be purchased inexpensively. (ex: Step, Dumbbells, Ankle Weights) For your convenience we offer competitively priced equipment in the Equipment Store
